You may be able to use your NDIS funding to make a purchase from Kaiko Fidgets if you are self managed or plan managed. We recommend you seek advice from your support coordinator or plan manager if you are unsure.  

Make sure you put the NDIS participant's

• full name &
• NDIS number in the notes section at check out 

• or email us the details for us to add and send back to you a modified invoice should you forget. 

PLEASE NOTE  IF you want to pay upfront to have goods dispatched immediately then order normally and DO NOT use process below.   

You submit your invoice /receipt to NDIA yourself.  As we receive payment upfront we send the items out immediately.  

 

OR as an alternative we have a system in place for NDIS plan & NDIS self managed orders that is EASY that allows deferred payment.

• You add items you have selected to cart

 

• Proceed through to check out

 

• At payment details section DO NOT put in credit card details/PAYPAL  ... INSTEAD select NDIS plan managed  & self-managed DEFFERED payment option

 

• it then lets you complete check out without payment & sends a LINK to the invoice to the email you provide

 

• NOTE the link to invoice is immediately sent to your inbox as a pdf link.  Please check your junk folder if you don’t get it as it frequently ends up there if it’s a first order. 

 

THEN IF

• PLAN MANAGED -  YOU forward on to plan manager (& they pay us).  You are also welcome to send us an email with their details if you would like us to send it on. 

 

• SELF MANAGED   -  you upload to portal & draw down funds if self managed (& you then pay us with funds)

 

We then dispatch once we receive payment. 

 

If NDIA Managed : 

We are not currently a registered provider however email us with your requirements and we will facilitate one of our amazing stockists to assist you with what you need.
